For the past four years, I have been working in Louisville, KY for Humana in their IT Command Center – a division of IT Operations that handles special releases, enterprise communications, and high risk changes. In my role, I planned and hosted a daily IT Operations standup meeting for all IT associates, which leveraged multiple technologies to collect information on prior and current day health status, and served as a sounding board for current issues and upcoming critical changes. I designed and built multiple mechanisms for creating standardized communications for various IT and business teams, and focused heavily on updating old or nonfunctioning processes. My most recent accomplishments leveraged Microsoft’s suite of automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, PA Flows) to collect and distribute information from numerous teams and distribute automated reports.
In previous roles, I have gained experience in team management, process building and documentation, and workflow prioritization.

Skills
I am always looking to build on or add to my skill set. In addition to the languages I’ve learned in class at UofL, I also continue educating myself outside of the classroom with online tutorials or classes and learning-based websites.
